The most hardworking people in this company are the recruiters.

They over hire, fire a person after their ninety-day mark. You are given minimal training, deal with DBMs (Business Development Managers) that fail to do their job successfully and submit candidates on time. Which makes the recruiter seem like they are failing to do their job. They have semi-good positions they recruiter for, with solid pay for the candidates if you make it. And that is a hard IF. You do not get your commission if they fire you, even if they are placed, and you do not make it to the end. So that is beyond SUS. Very "clicky"and uncomfortable environment and a lot of people talk out their a*s.
