Pros
A very compassionate company that encourage family times and retaining old aged workers. The learning curve is not steep and they generally give a lot of time for employee to learn their jobs. Company encourage greatly on staff self learning and is not stingy on sending staffs for courses.
Kontras
Very slow work process as alot is still manual paper work. Very slow job progression unless your boss like and support you. Top heavy but bottom lean. Management generally make up of ex army people therefore the place generally runs like an army camp
