      Pay and benefits aren't bad

      Culture has changed for the worst over the years. They don't care about workers anymore and there's too much drama. The organization struggles with inefficiency and priorities. Decisions are slowed by unnecessary layers of approval, which creates bottlenecks and frustration. Leadership is out of touch with workers' day to day reality.

      Pros

      The smaller operation gave you an opportunity to get to know everybody which helped generate good ideas and kept information flowing.

      If you are lazy, all you have to do is show up on time and you aren't likely to be disciplined/fired.

      Just about everything. Morale sucks. HR sucks. Many people aren't doing anything other than collecting a pay check. NOBODY GAF.
