Pros

International team, nice people (I'm not including the managers of course)

Kontras

Extremely poor management : managers have no management experience at all, are rude and insulting (the F word is not an appropriate word to say in a corporate environment) and have no respect for their employees and their hard work. They don't care about their clients nor the quality of the service provided. They are simply focused on increasing their revenues. One or more people were fired on a quarterly basis. No career opportunities. Ok for people starting their career but not for experienced professionals.

Dear former Employee, You are correct in that - regrettably – in the course of building a team of over 60 talented people some employment contracts have been terminated along the way. At the other end of the spectrum, there are many talented and long-standing members of the team who continue to enjoy increasing responsibility and career progression. - SSL247 hires a lot of young inexperienced staff so it's a good way to step in the industry and get some experience even if you just graduated. - Some staff are very professional and friendly, it's a pleasure to work with them. - You are quickly given more responsibilities and have a shot at showing what you're capable of. - International company and 2 offices in France and UK.

- Top managers maintain a toxic relationship with their employees: one is extremely rude towards staff, swears a lot and shows an unacceptable behaviour, the other is too distant (stays in another office) and hard to communicate with. - Lack of gender equality (female are more represented in repetitive office jobs, male are more represented in higher responsibility and management jobs) - Micro-management is the norm as well as constant changes in company direction. - The company persists in its errors and keeps blaming staff when failing to reach (unrealistic) targets. - No incentive to go the extra mile, success is poorly rewarded. - Management shows its obvious preference for the needs of the sales department

We are glad you recognise the scope increasing responsibility for higher achievers.
