DEI is taking over the company. I recently got my 2 year raise and was told internal equity was a contributing factor in my raise. Since I was a white male I couldn’t get the same raise if I was female or mixed race. Literally a joke. Most people think it’s a joke but a few high up people are afraid if they don’t conform to the politics of DEI then they will get put in a bad light. Company is slowly no longer hiring the best employees but the most diverse employees. I have nothing wrong with diversity but at the end of the day the best candidate should be hired. Regardless of race, ethnicity, or sexuality.
