SRAM values you! They want you to be healthy and happy, they want your family to be healthy. They understand that an employee has responsibilities outside of work and as long as you get your work done and are an efficient employee you have the freedom to take care of yourself and your family. They value leadership training, and training associated with your position. They believe in continuing education.
Kontras
Some departments work in a bit of a silo, "us versus them" mentality, though I would say this is the minority.
