Pros

Clean environment, decent 401k match. Used to be ahead of the curve on pay, have fallen behind in recent years.

Kontras

No loyalty to the people who give theirs. Compensation has significantly fallen behind for skilled positions. Company is self insured and has cut back significantly year after year over the past 10+ years. Management harasses good employees and protects the lazy and unskilled workers. It goes on until they drain you.
