Unfortunately, my experience with the management is disappointing. The company often speaks about policies and employee values, but in practice the treatment of employees does not always reflect fairness or consistency.
There appears to be a clear bias in how policies are applied from one employee to another. Situations that should be handled with empathy and understanding, especially when it comes to personal or medical circumstances, are sometimes approached with rigidity rather than compassion.
What is most concerning is the lack of consistency in decision-making. When similar cases are treated differently for different employees, it creates an environment where fairness and transparency are questioned.
A workplace should prioritize not only policies but also human ethics, well-being, and respectful treatment of employees. Unfortunately, the management approach in my experience did not always reflect these standards.
