Pros
Management hardly know what they’re doing so they don’t enforce any policy. People are often high at work and the don’t notice when we go on break without clocking out and dress code is never enforced.
Kontras
The payroll team can never get our pay correct; they owe me PTO but I doubt I’ll ever get it. The TL’s try for the most part but the rest of management is horrible to deal with. They have an “open door” policy but they don’t care what we have to say. The HR lady is a nightmare to deal with, the site director (Justin Porter) is an idiot that just sits in his office with the door closed all day. Maybe other centers are better organized but the one in Rio Rancho, NM is a nightmare to work at.
