Employee morale should and could be better. Company should invest more into there top employees and employees who show initiative to grow.

There are some great people working on the line. The jobs tend to be relatively easy, and the overall culture can be laid back.

Management, mid to upper, isn't good. They usually fail to understand what's going on the floor, they don't communicate well, and mess up orders via poor directions given.
