      Casual working hours with freedom. Job security.

      Kontras

      Lack of direction from senior staff. No company structure.There is really not that many jobs in Calgary like this one. So it's a horrible stepping stone. So if your past your "go out and get em" stage this might be the place for you.

      Thank you for your honest review. We have made great improvements since your review, including the addition of the Executive Committee, Leadership Team, and Career Mapping, which was launched to staff in 2019.
