Low pay. Cheap company perks. Expensive benefits. Micromanaged. Big brother is always watching, so no "unauthorized" internet/cell phone usage (laughable). Expect you to work yourself to death. People think too highly of themselves and not very friendly. Management is unorganized and scattered.
