Pros
Some good management, a number of longer tenured employees who are genuinely good to work with and be around.
It was a good career stop for me. Good experience and led me to my next role outside of the company... but it was a grind at times.
Kontras
The company did not manage to grow very well since 2023, around the time the company was sold. A fair amount of the senior leaders departed within 6-ish months.
There were some product upgrades that simply took too long and left sellers, customers, and tech teams in limbo for longer than productive which wasn't ultimately good for the business. Add in a PE owner that moved quickly on some things, but slowly on more strategic needs just slowed progress significantly.
