Pros
You get paid on time unlike a lot of other Korean academies. Never had a problem with the benefits or pay. If you get a good group of kids the classes go quickly and can be fun.
Kontras
If you teacher kindergarten it's one of the most stressful jobs you'll have. You are expected to do a lot. Normal workday is over 8 hours and then you have to stay after to catch up on grading/decorating/other side projects. A lot of teachers ended up working 10+ hours a day. For the amount of hours and work put into it, the pay is pretty low. You can find shorter hours and less stress at other hagwons.
