Pros
You can save up a lot of money in a pretty short period of time. There are also a lot of younger people that you work with.
Kontras
Right from the moment you begin training the company begins constantly threatening you with being fired. They teach endless amounts of safety protocols and unbreakable standards that they say you need to follow/enforce above all else. As soon as you get to the field none of this applies. The company expects you to break rules and will even punish you if you don't but if something goes wrong when you do break them like they want you to, they immediately point the finger at you. I've never been in a more hypocritical work environment. There were several occasions were I was forced to work on days off and even forced to use vacation against my will just so management could save some money. The management at the company was extremely poor and the company was extremely unethical. I'm sure that experience varies slightly district by district but I would not recommend this company to anybody, especially a college graduate.
