People with ambition move up very quickly if they are willing to move geographically and take up different challenges. Very diverse workforce. Anybody can succeed and grow! Great training, great hands-on experience. Responsibility comes quickly! One of the technology leaders in the service industry. Good place to get exposed to high-tech and see future technology trend! Very dynamic!

work/life balance is not there hectic nature of business (service company!!!) personal considerations are not always met people management could be quite bad, HR department is generally useless need to do a lot of Networking to have any "control" of you career with higher seniority This company is great when you are young, willing to work hard and move fast. But you have to be completelly mobile and be willing to go internationally. If you want a steady job with little stress, this company is not for you.
