Nothing i can think of, it was good earlier now is just like any other Service company

There is no appraisal hike in this company, so whether you work your 16 hours a day or just do bare minimum. It doesn't really matter. So you can get stuck at a salary, if you don't get promoted or their is a market correctness exercise not happening. Promotion can be very challenging with the politics and super weird process they have. Managers are in complete control of your career, so bootlicking is a must here to survive and progress.
