Pros
good medical benefit , great colleague , good for people who are not good at their job because you will never get fired. HR wont bother looking into this , they only care about high MC and late coming .
Kontras
lack of career advancement . if you join as a technician the max you can go is supervisor. and to get there means you current supervisor need to retire. and dont even think you could jump to engineer .. the paft to that is already closed. HR rather hired a new untrained personnel rather then internal staff .. for them is much cheaper and they dont lose a technician.
