freedom with your schedule to a limit. you can start ya day late or very early and when your done with your assignments for that day then you are done for the day.. the pay was salaried so you was given 40 hr weeks even if you didnt work the whole 40
Kontras
management does not manage well at all... there is no support against arbitrations from your management. they dont compensate to equal your expenses. they dont assist in training that can benefit their employees. they have a high turn around rate.
