General Manager at Oakland RAC would never let someone's pay or vacation be tampered with. If someone had the time, he wanted them to take it, have the correct pay, and if there was an issue, he was the first one to support getting the employees taken care of.

They let a lot of people go who worked in Management who had been with them a long time and had done a lot for the company while there.
