I have not experienced any negative aspects so far.

The people, pay and benefits, incentive bonus, flexible schedule, work at home, and if you elect to not have medical insurance they then use that expense and give it to you.

No option for a 10hr/day x 4 days/wk. that’s the only con I can think of.
