The brand has a strong voice and a dedicated community, which made the work engaging. That said, the pace can be intense and priorities shift often. I’ve seen some of the negative posts about leadership, and while I understand that not every experience is the same, I think it’s important to remember there are two sides to every story. In my experience, leadership wasn’t what it’s often portrayed to be by upset former employees. Like any successful company, there were high expectations and moments of pressure, but I didn’t feel mistreated or unsupported.
