Where to start. How about that anyone that has been with the company longer than a year knows exactly who is winning the “drawing” for the special prizes. I’ll give you a clue. It’s the same department/people every year. Next, let’s talk about the human resources department. I know that everybody knows that human resources work for the company not for you. These people take it to the next level. Anything that you tell them is quickly going to be water-cooler gossip. Maybe some people like working for management that has multiple lawsuits for sexual harassment. Something tells me that this company can’t wait to get everyone back in the office for some good harassing. Management style: Don’t you like being yelled at? Can’t wait to console your coworkers because they are crying after being berated? Think being called Stupid at a meeting in front of coworkers is cool? Like talking to a manager that smells like an ashtray? There is no leadership. There is no style. I honestly don’t understand why the CEOs put up with this. I guess they like being disappointed with the bottom line.
