There are some real corporate psychopaths ruling the corridors, largely unchecked and leaving a trail of destruction in their wake. Constant political infighting and back stabbing. At the end of quarter the office can become a very cold and dark place if for whatever reason you cannot deliver a project or a result, that is on or over target. For a significant tech player Seek tend to be slow to innovate and often end up chasing the rest of the field. Values are often talked about, but interpretation can vary dramatically to the point that values are seldom adhered to - particularly by some senior managers.
