Employees are constantly sent mails of late comings and salary cut > HR is just to hire & fire at will of management - Backtracking on promises & offering lower pay than drawn is common tactic > too much travel & low allowances > expenses are cut for unreasonable causes > Sales structure changes very frequently with high attrition > Morning / Evening Whats-app reports - for everyone daily, cos weekly / monthly report is not enough Overall you should avoid working here if possible.
