You can find pockets of 1-2 people in each department who you can learn from.
Kontras
Managers are wildly unreasonable and quite rude. They tout "work life balance" in the recruiting process but leave early while throwing last-minute, overwhelming tasks onto juniors. Private investments team has been run by the same 4-5 managers (8+ years) and the 1-2 new juniors rotate out of the firm every year. It's an unsustainable process and a challenging culture/energy to navigate. Not confident that things will improve.
