Very big disaster - Software Engineer bei SCRM: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Everything. Very strong childish environment, with lots of jr devs empowered like srs. There is also a big messy management layer, where everything is done because of the CEO micro-management, so from top down a big waterfall masked as agile is done. Technically speaking, the legacy is overkilling (super monolith without testing, and null technicall leadership, so everything gets worst and worst). Finally in the backend side (probably the worst part), the relationship between the company and the external provider is upside down. The internal backend team is treated as a provider, and the external team is empowered and has the ownership, so there is a big lack of leadership in the backend.
