Company offers 9 paid holidays. Bonuses are offered if goals are met. Really great management team in Cash Application. Hybrid work situation. Flexible start time. No weekend work.

Kontras

Benefits are not great. Very little diversity in management. More difficult to grow within the company since covid. Hard to maintain a balanced life with pay.

Holidays and personal days before they changed the policy

Toxic environment Unreasonable, unsustainable workload Poor to no training Poor communication-senior leadership needs everything urgently due to poor planning. No thank you when you work after hours to meet their demands Expect you to work 10-12 hours work days and weekends.
