Quite flexible in terms of work and operating processes. Relatively flat structure which helps to streamline the decision making process. Casual working environment at the non senior level.

Worst HR team and processes. For a relatively small company and a relatively huge HR team, it has outsourced most of the work away and yet it takes weeks and months for them to address and respond to queries and requests. Too much shuffling of the people at the senior level.
