Consultancy for people who don't enjoy large consultancy companies - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei SC5: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Really open and warm place to work around. There was a great deal of flexibility and freedom for work. Coming from a non web back ground to web background was a challenge but I was given enough time to be comfortable with new technologies. The management and the CEO were great people, had a great team over all I had a great time working and learning there. I wish SC5 all the best for it's future and hop it keeps on growing as it did when I was working there.

Salary was not over the top.

Fellow designers & devs are a fun bunch, and if you happen to be in one of the few nice projects then the work too is pleasing

- Uninteresting/endless projects - Larger focus on long projects that are a grind - Company lacks focus and is starting to try and sell anything & everything - Start/stop attitude to resourcing - Good initiatives aren't invested in and focus changes almost weekly - Salary below what devs & designers can get from other places in Helsinki - Management is becoming very slow at making decisions/changes
