High turnover. Management do not seem to remember what everyone's job descriptions are, constantly asking the wrong staff for a fast answer to something that is actually not part of their job. Are they trying to set us up for failure. Then there is the internal reshuffling and task redistributions three times in less than two years. What for? No idea. Management do a bait and switch frequently with job descriptions, often without discussion. Then proceed to completely ignore/forget aspects of the new role they've shoved onto staff.
