Great People Global Organization Not too demanding, decent worklife balance Cares about employees well being Beginning the process of embracing brand building Speaking about becoming a results based organization, but moving incredibly slow.

Very slow to move and react, look more at past issues (analysis by paralysis) than executing and fixing bad trends Lack of autonomy to drive business Relationships are more valuable than results Top talent leaving the organization in droves Diversity is not valued, low number of US born minorities and talented ones leave quickly.

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Kontras

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
