Friendly people, opportunity for growth if you have the supporting education, flexible hours, kind manager, lots of events and appreciation that isn’t just pizza parties. They love and value their employees. They delivered flowers to my grandfathers funeral, very kind.

Raises were minimal but appreciated. I only left because I didn’t have the supporting education to earn employment advancement / significant pay raise. I probably would have stayed forever.

It was a good company until they put the incompetent driver supervisor in that position. The guy in charge before is a great guy. Most people in there are pretty cool.

Management only cares about the company. Drivers are just a number. And if you go to hr to any concerns you will get let go.
