Awesome product/Indifferent Management - Sales Associate bei SBI Software: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Very little to no direction in regards to training. Pretty much a baptism by fire situation. Sales department is driven by greed. I was asked to collect money for a project from a client after it was already known that we collected this money already. I was told to try and collect more because the owner had a bad memory. This made me feel very unethical.
