-Such an unsafe environment working alongside a ton of staff who are not mature & well equipped
-Staff come & go, youre floated to random units with little to no knowledge on how to run that floor
-They take in more patients than they have beds & place them on different units, or one time had a child sleep in the quiet room due to lack of beds
-The pay sucks for how you get treated by staff & patients
-The higher ups micromanaging you on the floor during codes making situations more unsafe
-Every day you work here you are in anxiety by how unsafe & inhumane some of the staff are
