      - Many different software solutions, making it hard for the company to focus - Redesign of underlying software architecture and because of that the need to redesign all solutions threatens the leader position for many use cases

      Beautiful campus, benefits are amazing.

      Kontras

      Too many “lifers” at SAS, lost touch with best practices. Promotions based on personal relationships versus truly being the best person for the job. HR seems to protect itself and has grown its kingdom. Out of touch management. IPO seems extremely unlikely.
