SAS was a amazing company to work but in the last few years SAS is not the same, new HR policies are making SAS looking more a fast food company than a IT analytics company, the benefits are not been updated, the salary is under the average and the target to get you bonus are imposible to be reached. SAS took a long time to make policies in the pandemic and when did was very shy compared with other companies. Some areas like IT (CIS) as they called here are making you work more than you should because they are not allowing to hire new people.
