Very sales centric organization, each country/region is trying to show off that they are the best which brings this to siloed organization. The country/region has their own unit (from marketing until delivery team). The delivery team (professional service) reports to sales organization which I think it should not be as done in other company. You need to have connection in the company otherwise congrats to try to find the answer. Sometimes the people (e.g. product manager) answers or depending on who sent them the email.
