SAM 's strength really is its people. Not only are they talented with high levels of professional skill, they are friendly and open and create a welcoming space for everyone. It tends to be a place where everyone is welcome to join a coffee break or a lunch break. The staff here are always open to one another when there are questions across teams or need for collaboration. In general, there is a lot of understanding that we're all human and people don't belittle each other for mistakes or missteps.
It's also a place where innovation flows. People contribute to ideas and often times different employees are brought into conversations to bring diverse perspectives.

because of the start-up nature, sometimes the development of process creates inefficiencies that can become difficult to solve. Also, since we are exploring various things at once, decision making isn't always as solid as it could be.
