If you want to study or get a certificate you usually have to pay for it yourself because they won't help unless it is 100% for the company's value only. They are obsessed with KPI but the metrics are mostly about your work hours and sitting at your desk. If your division has bad leadership, you will suffer the most and they will even try to push you out if you feel depressed or burnt out because of their own bad planning.
