There is a really strong good ole boys club at VP levels and above. Benefits go up and raises are usually 0% -2% if you are lucky. You will take the blame for ineffective management at top levels. Turnover is a major issue. Vacation time you will never get a chance if you are trying to get a raise or be a good employee.
