      Excellent corporate culture, and competitive compensation

      Kontras

      It is difficult to obtain and retain highly skilled employees. Program level work is on government sites with workspace constraints, slow on-boarding process, inadequate training, and employee dissatisfaction resulting in low retention.

      Pros

      The SAIC management on my contract are excellent.

      After completing my first years, I have no complaints. My SAIC experience has been everything that I had hoped.

      Good starting job, management was nice and flexible remote work.
