Poor cash management. Vendors are RARELY paid on time. Vendors need to threaten legal action in order to get paid. A lot of vendors refuse work with S&R any more. Amazed that this company continues to be in business. Poor work environment, building is old and dingy, office is on top of the shop, so you get fumes from the vehicles when you are working. Poor parking, your vehicle will need to be washed daily from all the dirt. Not to mention the number of dings you'll get on your paint job. A lot of employee turnover, difficult to hire anyone new and if they do hire someone, they don't last long because of poor overall management by the owners. The office is a joke, everyone is always in everyone's business. Hard to get anything done, constant interruptions, especially the amount of phone calls and emails from vendors looking for money. Poor work /life balance.
