Pros

Built strong relationships with a few supportive coworkers who made tough days bearable. Exposure to complex work environments sharpened my problem-solving and adaptability.

The abrupt restructuring was mishandled at every level. Communication was vague, decisions felt arbitrary, and people were left in the dark — or worse, thrown under the bus. Workloads skyrocketed while support evaporated. It became normal to operate in survival mode. The burnout is real. Morale tanked as talented employees were driven out or stretched too thin. Poor communication and reactive decision-making replaced thoughtful planning and support. Leadership prioritized optics over people. Mental health concerns were either brushed off or met with generic talking points and no actual support. Raises, recognition, or even basic acknowledgment were rare. The culture isn’t what it used to be.

Pros

The legacy products are solid, and the brand used to stand for quality and reliability. The older team members and long-term channel partners are the only reason things are still moving.

Kontras

The company is adrift, zero commercial direction or long-term roadmap for the next 5 years. We are coasting on old technology, while our competitors evolve. We are slow to react to market demands, resulting in our lead times becoming an embarrassment. Leadership is now dominated by numbers on a spreadsheet rather than innovation or growth. Team members are just showing up and do not have a voice. Very sad
