You have to work more than 45 hours / week if you are on salary. This might be a con to some people. We have a small workforce, less than 60 people and 2 locations, so you don't get to fly under the radar and coast.

This is the best place I've ever worked for. If you do your job you will actually feel valued. The pay was great and the work is pretty balanced between busy and not as busy. There is good communication too. They keep growing too so there's good potential if you work hard.

I don't think there are any cons. The health insurance is a little weird but not bad and the company covers the majority of the cost.
