The pros would be 3 1/2 work weeks the rest is overtime.

No supervision on the floor which meant that the people that did not want to work did not have to because the other people that did work had to do the the people that didn't want to work job while the lazy people still got paid for doing nothing, I realize that it happens all over but I have never seen it to the extent that I have seen it at that place. If you don't want to work and get paid for just shoeing up then RYDER is for you. BOO that is a terrible way to run a business.
