You get a lunch break

Management won’t back you up on anything No HR to speak of You will work 60+ hours per week, and work Saturdays/Sundays Management will demean you and condescend any time you have a question Blatant racism No structure or order in any part of the warehouse, furniture is dangerously stored and employees are poorly trained. Causes an extremely unsafe environment. Employees will smoke and do drugs on the property. They even found marijuana in a locker, and simply hid it and did not call police, did not fire employee that brought it in.

Pros

You get to work on real supply chain problems that actually matter to operations, not just theoretical stuff. Remote flexibility is solid and the work-life balance is fair. The tech stack is modern (Snowflake, Azure, Power BI) and if you're someone who takes initiative, you'll get the chance to own things end-to-end. The people you work with day-to-day are genuinely good and most teams have a collaborative culture.

Kontras

Growth from senior level and beyond can be painfully slow even when you're clearly doing the work above your role. Leadership and org changes happen often which resets your visibility and momentum with whoever is advocating for you. Some areas still lack clear ownership so things fall through the cracks or land on whoever is willing to pick them up. Pay doesn't always reflect the scope of what you're actually doing.
