Guaranteed money and overtime. That was about all I can remember

Very aggressive on call schedule of every 3 weeks. Day shift didn't work with or like swing shift (which I was on). Rapport with clients was tense/strained. Not a very good team. Supervisor had no mechanical experience and relied on day shift for options. Office person not friendly. I advised the hr about this on my exit review. After my resignation, upper management shunned me. Not a good way to keep people. No work/life quality or balance. I stay away from ads for Ryder.
