You get to learn a lot since you are expected to work independently. Some of the team members are really nice.

During my tenure at Ryder, I have only seen bad behavior being rewarded, which is awful! Deserving people never get any appreciation, especially from the upper management and end up quitting. The company is not concerned about employee well being. They are only concerned about getting the most by paying the least.
