Pros
The people. I've truly made some of my closest friends at RxWiki. Everyone was very welcoming, which was great for me moving to a new city. The environment. Relaxed workplace/attire/attitude. That's not to say that people don't work hard or take their jobs seriously, but the vibe is predominantly upbeat. The flexibility. A lot of freedom is given, with the general understanding that you shouldn't abuse it.
Kontras
The founder of the company was great -- a bit clueless, but a generally nice guy. Can't say the same about the new CEO... I got the impression that he didn't give two sh*ts about how things were done before. As CEO, that's his right. But you really can't make a company better without understanding what's wrong with it first. Several people were let go. Several people left. Several women were demoted or expected to pick up an unreasonable amount of slack. I guess that's the way things go with startups though -- "growing pains" is an understatement. Office politics are also an issue, which really is just... petty. The product(s) the company is selling are also hard to get behind. They are at least partial crap, and everyone knows it.
